Low Temperature Sterilization for Heat- and Moisture-Sensitive Medical Devices

The SHINVA PS-100GXPD is a hydrogen peroxide low temperature plasma sterilizer designed for the sterilization of heat- and moisture-sensitive medical devices and instruments. With a chamber capacity of 163 litres, the system is suitable for healthcare facilities requiring the reprocessing of a wide range of medical equipment, including minimally invasive surgical instruments, lumened devices, and endoscopic accessories.

The sterilization process utilizes hydrogen peroxide plasma technology and is fully automated. The system incorporates multiple preset sterilization cycles to accommodate different instrument types and processing requirements.

The PS-100GXPD is configured to accommodate a broad range of surgical instrumentation, including robotic-assisted surgical instruments. Intuitive Surgical has validated the reprocessing of selected Da Vinci® instruments in the SHINVA PS-100GXPD Low Temperature Plasma Sterilizer in accordance with its validated reprocessing instructions.(Users should refer to the current Intuitive Surgical reprocessing documentation for details of validated instrument types and processing requirements.)

The system includes a 10-inch touchscreen interface, electronic cycle documentation, user access management, and optional traceability functionality to support sterilization record management. The sterilizer is equipped with a double-layer loading system and offers cycle options for general loads, lumened instruments, and rapid processing requirements.
