SHINVA Rider 60B Endoscope Washer

The SHINVA Rider 60B is an automated, double-tank endoscope washer-disinfector designed to support the cleaning and high-level disinfection of flexible endoscopes in healthcare facilities. Developed in accordance with ISO 15883-4, the system provides automated processing cycles that include leak testing, cleaning, rinsing, disinfection, alcohol flushing, and drying functions. The Rider 60B features two independently operating wash chambers, enabling the simultaneous processing of up to two flexible endoscopes. The dual-chamber configuration allows each tank to operate independently, supporting workflow continuity within endoscopy reprocessing departments.

The system is designed for use with compatible re-usable high-level disinfectants that do not require dilution prior to use. Automated leak testing and continuous leak monitoring functions assist in identifying potential endoscope integrity issues before and during the reprocessing cycle. A Siemens PLC-based control system, colour touchscreen user interface and integrated process documentation capabilities support operational control and process traceability. Optional connectivity features allow reprocessing data to be integrated with hospital information management systems where required.

Standard endoscope connectors are available for major endoscope platforms, including Olympus, Fujifilm and Pentax systems.The Rider 60B is suitable for use in hospital endoscopy units, gastroenterology departments, pulmonology services and other healthcare facilities requiring automated flexible endoscope reprocessing.
